A clean, doctor-approved 30-day tracking log designed for seniors and home recording. Track your morning and evening readings to give your GP accurate longitudinal data.

How to Keep an Accurate 30-Day BP Log

  • Record your morning reading within 30 minutes of waking, after emptying your bladder, and before taking breakfast or morning medications.
  • Record your evening reading before dinner or prior to going to bed, after sitting quietly for 5 minutes.
  • Take 2 readings 1 minute apart and record the average for greater accuracy.
  • Note any symptoms, new medications, high-stress events, or poor sleep in the notes column.
